If you are in Colombo or near Gampaha district and tired of usual everyday work and desperately need a break from a usual boring routine, this is the place for you!
It is only 10 kilometres from Pasyala and one and a half hour journey from Colombo. It is a beautiful place for a family picnic, or you can have your usual getaway with your friends.
It is not a well-known waterfall, a hidden beauty in this paradise. It is in Algama in Kegalla district surrounded by a beautiful environment. The waterfall is about 6 meters. You can easily climb up through the rocks and find a few pools that you can bath and swim.
Most visitors come on weekends. So it would be a little crowded on weekends.
